Product introduction

The DF/F-07(07P) series cast steel valves can adjust the flow of cold/hot water. It is available for the liquid control system such as the central air-conditioner, heating, water disposal, industry processing and so on.

Features

●Larger KVS.

●Pressure balance structure can effectively decrease flux lash, noise and shock.

Technical data

●The seal parts of valve stem: Fluorine rubbers seal parts, and Teflon seal cartridge.

●Valve stem, core and seat: stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti

●Valve body: cast iron HT250

●Bearing: 1.6MPa

●Work medium: water, flow temperature: -10~95℃

●Flow feature: less than 0.05% of KV

Installation and maintenance

●This valve adapts to DF/Q-HC(HD) series actuator. It is compatible with Honeywell.

That valve stem running up means that valve is closing.
Make sure the pipe is cleat before installation.
It must be at the same point when the pipe and valve body are connected, the flow direction should be same as the direction of the label.
When the actuator is installed on the valve vertically, it should be above the valve to leave enough space for daily maintenance.

●When maintenance, the electricity should be cut off and there is no pressure in the water system
